    At our medical center, free medical care is available for impoverished residents in Moscow. Services include cardiology, gastroenterology, gynecology, and more.

    Only physical therapy and special education gives disabled children a chance to live normal lives. In Russia this kind of therapy was available only to the wealthy. Until now.
