Music therapy professionals and experts in related fields from over fifty countries gathered in Vancouver, Canada for the 17th World Congress of Music Therapy, July 24 - 29, to share ideas, experiences, trends, and learn about the latest research on the transformative realm of music therapy, exploring its profound applications in healing, rehabilitation, mental health, and personal growth.

Attendees were presented with a unique opportunity to learn from esteemed authorities in the field, while also forging meaningful connections with fellow music therapists from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Chamah played an active role at the Congress, with Maria Linkova, esteemed head of the music therapy division at The Chamah Child Development Center - ESTHER, being granted a prestigious opportunity to attend the 17th World Congress of Music Therapy through a professional grant. As the sole representative from the Russian Federation, she shared insights from her impactful work, where Chamah extends vital therapeutic support to children with special needs from underprivileged families.
