Concert in Russia in honor of the Jewish New Year, with tributes to those working hard to make a difference for those in need

Chamah and the Joint Distribution Committee held a beautiful concert in honor of Rosh Hashanah, attended by several thousand people, including leaders of the JDC and Chamah.

During the event, a JDC representative in Russia presented the Director of Chamah in Russia with a token of appreciation, recognizing Chamah’s dedicated efforts in delivering humanitarian aid to the elderly and those in need.

Chamah's programs in Russia include providing care and support for thousands of elderly in need, including many who are ill or homebound, as well as programs for children with special needs. ■
