Chamah Otradnoye Inaugurates New Mikveh 6/27/2012 - 7 Tammuz 5772 The Chamah Jewish Community Center Otradnoye is proud to inaugurate its brand new beautiful Mikveh – ritual pool. Attending the opening ceremony was Chief Rabbi to Russia Rabbi Beryl Lazar, government officials, Head Rabbi of Otradnoye Rabbi David Karpov and many prominent guests.
