Rest and Resilience - A Retreat for IDF Wives
A long weekend to recharge and connect for spouses of deployed IDF soldiers
An extended weekend retreat was organized by Chamah for thirty five women whose husbands are serving in the Israel Defense Forces.

Many of these soldiers have been deployed for two to three month stretches, and some have faced multiple rotations, while their wives shoulder the daily burden of home and childcare and worry for their partners’ safety.
Held in the scenic mountains of the Paphos region of Cyprus, the retreat offered guided hikes, a boat excursion, wellness activities, live music, and gourmet meals.

Stepping away from their routines, the women found space to share stories, offer advice and forge new friendships. The trip afforded the women a chance to recharge and return home with renewed emotional and spiritual strength.
Chamah is dedicated to supporting the families of IDF soldiers placing their lives on the front lines, defending the Jewish homeland. ■
