It is our great pleasure to honor Mr. and Mrs. Paul and Celia Sirotkin for their life long leadership in Jewish causes and their generous support and friendship of Chamah and its programs for many years.

We are very grateful for their participation in the renovation of the first Educational Center for Underprivileged Children in Moscow. Both Celia and Paul arrived to the Untied States from Europe at a very young age and family has always been very important to the Sirotkins as well as their Jewish heritage.
